Nashville, Tennessee – February 3, 2020 – After closing out 2019 on a high note, Nashville-based label, AfterTouch Music (ATM), is starting the new year strong! The label has partnered with Parbro International Song Camps to present its first annual songwriting camp event in Galway, Ireland, Europe’s Capital of Culture 2020.
Recently, ATM landed a lucrative distribution deal with Sony Music subsidiary, The Orchard, and signed a sub-label deal with highly acclaimed singer, songwriter and percussionist, Sonny Emory (formerly with the soulful group, Earth Wind & Fire). Fast becoming a top-heaving music entertainment conglomerate, it just makes sense that the company would open its doors to welcome independent artists looking to expand their horizons.
Roger Ryan, a 20-year music veteran, has amassed countless accolades for his meticulous work as a producer. Among them, a Grammy Award, Juno Award and Dove Award nomination. By spearheading the songwriting camp, he hopes to attract independent music artists from around the world to indulge in diversified sounds from a vast array of genres.
The AfterTouch Singer Songwriter Camp presented by Parbro Songwriting Camps will provide up-and-coming artists and writers the opportunity to receive dedicated time and individualized coaching from some of the nation’s top producers, among them Roger Ryan and singer, songwriter and producer, Christopher Willis! Willis is best known for his collaborations with music artist, David Guetta featuring such songs as “Just a Little More Love,” “Love Don’t Let Me Go,” “Every Time We Touch” with Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso and “Would I Lie to You” with Cedric Gervais.
ATM is a new kind of record label that develops, partners with, and promotes Indie artists on national and international music platforms. The songwriting camp will provide independent artists and writers a chance to display their skills, while also tapping into opportunities to form new partnerships. This exclusive event will culminate with the selection of one independent artist whose song will be produced and released by Roger Ryan AfterTouch Music! This is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity!
